One: 15-Minute Consultation Call

  • Join us for a quick discovery call with our team to discuss the services you need and to share more about yourself.

  • Based on your specific needs, you will be matched with one of our EATS team members.

Two: Specific Services Member

  • Once you’ve selected a package, we’ll schedule a kickoff call with your assigned EATS team member to dive deeper into your needs and outline the necessary action items.

  • Please note: Additional calls may not be necessary if you've already had an initial consultation with the EATS team member leading your service package

Three: We get to work!

REFUNDS

The client understands that all purchased items are service-based and represent the creative work tailored to them.

All sales are final, and no refunds are permitted for services or products. No refunds will be granted for unused products or services, as these will be held for one month from the date of purchase. All documents and coaching services must be completed within three months of the purchase date.

If the client does not respond or complete the project within two weeks, the project will be considered null and void.

By remitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. The client agrees to pay Education at the Source, LLC for reasonable costs of enforcement if it becomes necessary for Education at the Source, LLC to retain an attorney or institute legal proceedings.

While clients of Education at the Source, LLC have a strong record of job security and assistance, E.A.T.S does not guarantee interviews or job offers from resume or interview packages. Clients are encouraged to use all available resources to secure employment, including job searches, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, and business meetings. If a client needs further assistance, please contact a PRS representative for support in the job search process.

If the client is not satisfied with the resume, please inform your E.A.T.S consultant, and you will be contacted to discuss the next steps. Our business is 85% referral-based, and we want our clients to be happy.
